How much will I get in exchange for my unwanted gift card?
The exchange rate varies by gift card brand. Once we've verified the balance on your gift card, we'll present your exchange offer. There's absolutely no commitment to accept.
When will I get my Spafinder eGift Card?
Your eGift Card will arrive a few minutes after you affected the exchange, depending on your email client.
What if I have already spent some of the gift card balance?
No problem! We accept most new or used gift cards.
Spafinder eGift Cards do not expire, correct?
That's right! Your Spafinder eGift Card will not expire.
My driver’s license & credit card info are secure, correct?
Absolutely. We use industry standard encryption, and never store your information. We securely verify your identity to protect against fraudulent activity, and your credit card will not be charged unless the original gift card has been obtained through illegal or fraudulent means or is used after the transaction.
What do I do after the transaction?
Once you've accepted the offer, your new eGift Card is emailed to you automatically. You can then dispose of the gift card that you sold to us.
I don't see my gift card in the brand list.
Unfortunately, we aren't able to accept some gift card brands. However, you may be able to sell your card at our partner website, Cardpool.com.
I prefer not to enter my information online.
Some Spafinder retail stores are able to complete gift card exchanges. Please call or inquire at your nearest Spafinder retail store.
I got an error saying that my gift card isn't eligible.
Unfortunately, we aren't able to accept some gift cards brands, even those with valid balance. However, you may be able to sell your card at our partner website, Cardpool.com.
I haven't received my eGift or funds yet.
